"We recently moved to the area and needed to replace carpeting in 4 rooms before our elderly parent comes to live with us. At first it was hard to choose the flooring because we purchased a home with radiant floor heating and we weren't sure which type of floor would be most compatible. Fortunately for us, everyone at this branch was knowledgeable and patient during the process of helping us pick the right floor. Jarred really went the extra mile to help us get the job done right the first time. When we removed the old carpet ourselves, we noticed quite a drop from the existing tile to the uncovered sub-flooring. We knew there would be a large gap to account for so Jarred sent photos to the installer and then ordered us several reducing transition strips for the door thresholds so they would be there when on the day of installation. It came out much smoother and safer because of the preparation in advance. Thank you! BTW the installers who Lumber Liquidators sent were excellent too! We love our new floor and will gladly recommend Lumber Liquidators products and service, especially the Lafayette team!"
