"If you’re looking for an authentic outdoor camping themed wedding, complete with your guests eating their food under muddy footprints while water drips on them, this place is for you. If not, I’d avoid them. Rented a tent, tables, chairs, etc., for our wedding. The tent was an embarrassment, covered in dirt, black stains, and had muddy footprints with dead bugs and leaves stuck in them covering the ceiling. The most basic job a tent has is to block the rain, and it didn’t even do that, as it had several holes and the seam between two sections opened and leaked. The tent and tables looked like they found them in the back of an old barn. They added insult to injury by refusing to accept responsibility for it, instead somehow blaming us, claiming we didn’t call the after hours hotline on their contract to report the concerns, which they say is noted on the contract as a requirement for a refund. When we pointed out that this wasn’t on the contract, and that there was no after hours number either, they added it on to our contract after the fact and sent it to us as though we didn’t have copies of the originals."
