"Since changing billing platforms, business engages in disappointing and unethical practice of charging clients $120 for cancellation regardless of circumstances. They will do this on your first late cancellation as well. If you are in the business of "wellness," then harming a client who is already facing a personal hardship this way does not seem in line with your mission statement. I did contact their office for resolution. No one returned my call. Update 01/02/2024. Was promised refund which I still have not received. Should be noted that during that phone call, it was suggested that had I been reminded of the fee, I might have made different choices (ie, leaving a very sick child alone)."
