"I walked in to try and fill my 82 year old mother’s pain prescription. The 1st girl acted like she didn’t know what was going on. The pharmacist came over and was initially ok until I started asking questions then was very rude. I walked out to the car and realized that they had her driver’s license. I was so upset that I asked my mother to go in for me. They initially told her that I didn’t give them her DL. But, lo and behold, they DID have it. My poor mother had to raise her voice because they were arguing with her…and they had her I’d the whole time. I intend to file a complaint with corporate because they shouldn’t have such a bad attitude while dealing with older adults. I still done understand why they were so horrible to me or my mother. Stay far away…Walgreens is so much better"
