"So I did a price check last night to switch my rx they told me for name brand would be no charge, and this morning it would be available. I showed up at 915am and it wasn't ready. They told me it's not supposed to be filled till today...I knew that and the lady last night said it would be ready... next I got text saying my rx is 30 dollars. So I called the lady was absolutely rude told me I had it at a different pharmacy and it will be still 30 for the generic and I asked about what had happened to last night she said she didn't know and the name brand is over 400 dollars! So much for trying to save money and awful customer service won't be refilling here ever again!!!!!"
