"Be careful, if you hand them a $20, they will bring change back for a $5. The waitress and bartender are both in on it, and will back each other up to say that you only gave them a $5, even if you have a table full of witnesses. I would also be very careful about opening a tab with a card. Definitely keep track of what you drink and look at the total at the end. I know several people with similar experiences."
