"This business is exceptional. I was having an issue with an older Bowtech now and Jake provided outstanding service relatively unseen in this day and age. He worked with Bowtech and found parts no one else could find, then followed up with great service to get me the part in hand. My schedule was hectic and I could not find time to get my bow to Pat’s for service, but Jake got me the part incredibly fast. I’m a long drive from Jasper but, I will be looking to support them for many years to come."

"My transaction was a quick process. I did order online. However it took 2 weeks for my item to come in. It was the holidays so that probably played a factor. I do want to say the service I got for why my item was taking so long was not good. I called multiple times and was told we don’t have it but we will call you when we get it. After close to the 2 week mark and calling and getting the same answer again and again. I call again and they say they will call when it gets there. I told them that I have already been told this a lot I need to speak with someone in shipping. Christy in shipping was very helpful and was able to get an answer back to me about my item. No one else bothered to check this for me. They just gave me the run around. Honestly, the store is nice and the people are to. Better service over the phone would help instead of “we will call you” especially when the employees say it should not of taken that long but do not look into it. I am very happy with my item."
