"Generally quick about filling prescriptions, but slow/sorta rude when I call. I call beforehand because there have been times I showed up and they didn't have the medication in stock. A few times I called, held, told them what I wanted to check, held again, was asked again what I needed, told them again, held again for 15+ min to check med/prescription. Last time seemed like the person had an attitude because I said I already told them twice what I wanted and kept being put on hold. I understand being busy, but that's kinda long, and why be frustrated with me just because I let you know I've been waiting and have already told two other people? She said it was already ready but I didn't get the text notification until awhile later"
