"The agent was very eager in the beginning when trying to get me the home insurance. She was very helpful and answered all questions and always very prompt to respond. 1 year later, my rate increased and i asked her what could be the reason. She went and looked into it. She gathered all info and told me she was gonna call back. I tried to call but she was pre occupied. She never called back. 2 weeks after, i tried to follow up and she sounds like she could not be bothered like how she was in the beginning. My (increased) rate remains the same as of this writing and never gave me any updates. Kind of disappointed."
