"I received a phone call in January. An agent wanting to provide me a quote for auto and home owners. I decided not to go with the company. Never signed anything. Declined all coverage. I renewed my auto insurance with the current provider in February and was told that I had an active policy with this location. I called and they were unable to explain how this happened but assured me it would be canceled. The email address that they were sending documentation to was a rendition of my true email address with the first letter being incorrect. Yesterday I received a bill for a past due amount of $1600. Meaning the policies were still active. As of now they claim to have “truly” canceled both policies that should have never been active. I’m not confident this is true. Please be careful with getting quotes!"

"Would have given ZERO stars if that was an option. Does not return calls when requested and has little to no communication with the homeowner. Complicated and delayed closing process due to incorrect information and failure to follow through. I also received a letter in the mail that my home was non compliant and needed upgrades so my policy would be cancelled yet I had not even closed on the home yet. There was zero communication from this agency in the matter. They had my policy in affect and were billing me, and we hadn’t even completed closing. I had multiple conversations with them on the closing delays yet they failed to ensure the policy was not implemented."
