"The workers are so happy and funny. You also can choose how long you tan the first time unlike at other salons that overcharge you and sell you unnecessary packages. They even give you a personal identity card so only you can use your name. The place is very clean to and they sweep their floors!!"

"Original reciew: * Customer service is terrible but not to your face. Every time I check in online, come to tan and then they make me sit there and wait to be checked in while they're assisting other customers. They usually don't have enough ppl staffed and I'm not waiting because the beds are full, I'm waiting because they won't punch a few buttons on the computer so I can get in to tan. I can sit there and wait 15-20 minutes and they think it's no problem at all to make a customer wait that long. This time I walked right out after I had waited for 15 minutes and was never once addressed and the ONE girl working never said "hey let me get this person checked in and we can continue to look at your account ". Nope just made me wait and I finally left. Pretty sad to pay for a service I can't even use. Unless you have an hour to blow here every time you tan, go somewhere else. Customer service in store and online is terrible. Edited:*** I saw Sun Tan City replied, I couldn't reply so I'm editing my review. I emailed sun tan city and spoke with someone and expressed my concerns. They've already said they'll forward them to management. I changed my review to *** since the company has reached out and claims to work on the problem. Hoping for a better experience next time."

"I went there during free spray week to get a free tan. As I got signed up, I turned down the constant pressure of trying to up charge me for 10 minutes. It stopped for a second and they started again. I just gave in ($15 for some prep lotion they told me if I didn’t use I would fade uneven which I’ve never had an issue with at my other tanning place) because I was tired of hearing it then they tried getting me to buy even more. I said no and finally got to go in the booth. They supplied blending lotion, a hair net and a towel. I got in the booth and it started to spray. The spray felt like a spray bottle coming out, at that point I knew it would come out splotchy. The machines positioning while in the booth was unclear (thankfully I watch the before video on how to do it). I left and immediately put lotion on, which barely helped. My hands are orange while the rest of me is splotchy. I don’t recommend."
