"0 Stars would be an accurate rating. Horrible customer service. Using GoodRx for my dog’s medicine puts them in a bad mood. When I verify they used GoodRx they tell me they used Walgreen’s discount and I tell them to use GoodRx. Attitude is thrown but they would do it. The last 2 trips when asked about GoodRx, their system is down and I can either pay the full price or go without meds. Just requested all our prescriptions moved to Meijer. I am so done with bad attitude and service."
"I had medicine transferred from somewhere. They did not tell me the whole time they didn't accept my insurance. I had to wait longer to get it transferred back. It took 3 days"
"Every time I call to fill my medicine they say it can't be filled until this certain day and then that day comes and what do you know they say it can't be filled for another day or 2 more days. They need to get their information correct. You can fill 28 days in between. Today is the 28th day. I don't understand where some of these people get their information"
