"I was really disappointed in my experience at Fuse. I booked my appointment for bridal makeup over a year in advance. I had my consult in august for an October wedding. Everything at the consult was fine, my makeup was beautiful. When I arrived the morning of my wedding, I was told that my make up artist was now double booked during my appointment time so instead of trying to accommodate anything at all or making an attempt to make it right, my makeup was squeezed into less than 30 minutes and I was rushed out the door. This is frustrating bc my appointment time was originally scheduled for 9:30 AM and I arrived at 9 with the rest of my bridal party, so if I had actually arrived at my scheduled appointment time, I wouldn’t have even been squeezed into that 30 minute slot. I was told that the other person that was booked during my appointment time was an elderly woman with a standing appointment so there was simply nothing that could be done. There was zero attempt to make any phone calls that morning to let myself or the other individual know that there was a mistake made. Upon arrival, I was also surprised to see that the rest of my bridal party had a completely different artist than who I originally booked them with, which I was never made aware of prior to arriving and seeing it. Typically I would not ever leave a negative review as I completely understand that things do happen and everyone is human and we all have off days. However, it was the day of my wedding, I felt my makeup looked flawless after my consult and wasn’t happy with it the day of my wedding and it was just an overall disappointment. There was no apology, no attempt to be accommodating, there was nothing. Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and in the salon industry, they are acutely aware of that fact, so again - the entire experience was just an overall disappointment."

"I recently used Jess at Fuse Salon & Spa to do all of the hair styling for my wedding. Jess was extremely professional, right on time and super fun to work with!! When she did the trial run of my bridal hair a few weeks earlier, she got super creative with it and took plenty of pictures and a video to make sure she could do the hair more efficiently and improve it where necessary. Once we got to the day of, everything was perfect. Jess did 7 girl's hair in 5 hours, which was incredible, Every single girl had a super cute and unique hairstyle and it was everything that we all wanted. Jess was also just so sweet and was cracking jokes and getting in on the conversation the whole time. She also stayed late and helped show my mom how to put on my veil to make sure it looked just right. I cannot recommend Fuse enough for any of their services but I would HIGHLY recommend going to Jess, she is the best!!!"

"The staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is beautiful. Ashley is AMAZING. So professional and accommodating with a true talent and passion for hair color and style. Her priority was my comfort and satisfaction as a client-- I am super impressed by her and highly recommend her! I do feel that the prices are steeper than other places I've gone for comparable services. They were very upfront about cost and mindful of helping me stay within my max budget, but it was still more than I ever imagined paying. I hate for that to cost the business and employees clients. Perhaps that won't deter other customers, but I am bummed to not be able to continue going there regularly. It really is a beautiful salon with an awesome staff."
