"The last 2 reviews are 100 percent fictitious. We keep a record of all calls and interactions. I have never spoken with either of the two people below and the comments are close to slander. I have never and would never say anything close to what they've claimed. I wish whoever made the fake reviews well, but they are 100 percent false."

"I see that someone has finally commented negatively on Cranston Holden. If I could give no stars I would . I guess I just don’t like being given the run around, and then even lied to. First off, I asked to speak with the lady agent, Cindy, there who a friend had recommended, and I get transferred to Cranston instead. Not sure why, but whatever, I didn’t make a big deal about it. I asked him if Cindy worked there and he said she was retired and that he and the secretary that talked to me at first were the only ones licensed in the office to write insurance policies (which I found out later was a total lie.) We have a vacant house we were trying to insure, which is a big ordeal at most companies. This man tries to tell me he could write it through Alfa and if I promised not to tell anyone, he’d just write it as a normal home policy so it would save me a lot of money. He said only way they’d catch it is if there was a claim or something and they’d still pay the claim of course, so just write it as a normal home and save the money. Sorry , I don’t trust you man. I had shopped around a little, so I knew that this guy is not being honest. Buyer beware is my best advice."

"Stay away from Cranston Holden at all costs. He is shady and creepy. When you are insuring your home, auto, or even life.. don’t you want someone honest ? This man offered to pay my premiums for me for the first year if I would sign up for life insurance. What insurance agent could afford to do that ? How would I even know that I’d have insurance if something happened to me ? No thanks, I’ll just pay my own premium at State Farm. Stay away from this guy."

"I originally signed up for insurance on a new house at the Hartselle location. I have had SO many issues on things they didn't do or did incorrectly since trying to renew for 2022. I ended up transferring to the Moulton location who has had to fix numerous things and I think they finally figured it out. I would avoid using the Hartselle location at all costs. FYI Trey Cranford also goes into the system, finds your personal information and then contacts you to remove your review. Highly unprofessional and unethical."
