"I requested a tow with my insurance company. They towed my car and left me on the side of the road in the middle of the night. The co-driver was on a power trip. Question to anyone....would you leave a women in an unfamiliar neighborhood to figure it out on her own? I will be reporting this to BBB. I hope they go out of business!"

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Some black businesses you genuinely can’t support and this one of them. They are unprofessional and fluctuate prices as they see fit. Won’t even genuinely work hard to fix your car , all I had was an alternator issue and the OWNER of the shop tells me “just get rid of it” without doing any actual work. Went to another shop and they finished the job in less than a week with no problems."

"I purchased a brand new battery at this shop along with other work done totaling almost $440. The owner and his family was really nice. Had no issues until Halloween. Now I cant start my car and I called him and explained. The only thing he said is something is draining my battery. Wow! He never asked what could be done or to help me. I have 90 day or 1000 warranty from the date they did service and he offered no solution. I'm not past either. I'll call my insurance company is what I told him. I'm very disappointed and not trusting of these places as it is and now I'll never recommend anyone to go there. Make sure people have integrity when running businesses."
