"Save yourself some time and look elsewhere for a pediatrician. Everything seemed fine at first when we brought our newborn in for the first visit. She asked a lot of questions and we answered with our concerns. She dismissed the concerns as normal. Seemed fine for the 1st visit. 2nd visit was more of the same. She talks a lot, asks more questions, and dismisses all your concerns as normal. Hmm ok. Seeds of doubt and confusion were planted now, didn't understand fully what was going to come of this. Then at the 2 month visit she has scheduled all vaccines. 5 or 6 vaccines at once. Here's where everything went south quickly. I asked her about splitting up the vaccines and not pounding our newborn with that many every time we come in. She lit into me about this is how she does them and that is the CDC recommended schedule and that if I want to have any control of the vaccine schedule that we will have to find another pediatrician. That's exactly what we have done since. I will not be over talked by a loud obnoxious bully doctor that was so dismissive about anything we brought up. We were hoping for some advice on dealing with our newborns issues but all we got was a lecture. I'm not even sure if she was listening to us at all really. everything she said sounded like it was scripted like she said it a thousand times to other patients or to herself in the mirror. I did get her attention when I asked about the vaccine schedule which really sent her off. I'm trying to do the best by our child and good communication is what I'm looking for. I will not be bullied into doing something to my child, or have the pediatrician shrug off all negligence onto the CDC. I do not trust her judgement at all. Very rude, over talks parents concerns. Now that I look back and can see what was happening more clearly, I'm positive that she voted for Biden. Everything that was said, gestures, the vibe, the whole experience made more sense after realizing that key factor. I don't know why I didn't see the problem before, All I knew at the time is that something is off, WAY OFF. Don't trust her with the health of your child."
