"I lived there for almost 10 years I moved out and gave notice. Written notice Never could get the management at the time to respond to me to do a walk-through so I left the key in the mail slot. Management the time was indicted on federal charges for embezzling FEMA money. That was the daughter and the mother that both managed. I understand they're under different management now so things have changed. It still shows on my credit that I left and broke lease. I am not very happy with that but it was over seven years ago so it doesn't affect me. Apartment services and management will lie to you and not think twice. When I first moved in back in 99 we had no lights in the breezeway for months and my air conditioner was continuously breaking. I wrote to the property company on numerous occasions and finally didn't get a response until I put a lawyer on them. The amount they charge for rent is fair and the apartments are nice unless you've gotten one that someone didn't take care of. I lived there from 1999 until about 2008. The maintenance was good to respond they just weren't provided with the equipment they needed to fix what was breaking at the time."
