"Was told I wasn’t allowed to be dr Autreys patient after 30 days (after I have my baby) so she don’t wanna check on me after that all because I put on Facebook how she didn’t really listen or make sure to inform me on any of my information I have had high blood pressure for multiple visits she took blood twice over and she’s never said anything about it to me about my results what she thought nothing I also had really bad swelling and she said that’s fine what else I also asked at my 30 week appointment when I would get a ultrasound and she said you will get one at 36 weeks but not so you can see how cute there lips face etc is but to see if there heads down so at my 36 week appointment the ultrasound lady rushed my back and I tried calling my fiancé to come back to and she said oh don’t worry about telling him to come your not going to see anything rushed me to get off the phone took me back there and moved the screen making sure I didn’t see anything and only put the ultrasound on me for 3 second I could have not counted to 30 seconds super rude considering that was my last ultrasound to see my baby and she acted like that"

"They knew I was bleeding and needed to be seen. They knew I had a threatening miscarriage. I had a paper from the ER that said “follow up with dr Bruner” “threatening miscarriage” .when I went in for my “follow up” the Receptionist rolled her eyes at me after I told her I didn’t have an appointment, after I told them I was there for a follow up. I was told on the phone that I didn’t need an appointment, I was told to walk in the office and show them my paper from the hospital ER, so I did. I told them I was bleeding as we spoke. but they just took my blood and sent me out because I didn’t have an appointment. They didn’t even give me an ultrasound or let me see the Dr. I needed to be seen. I would’ve been better off going back to the ER. The ER actually cared. I’m sad to say that I miscarried my child today."

"I had my baby last year and they did not follow my birth plan. They immediately cut the cord after I had told them multiple times to wait several minutes. A lot of other things happened in the hospital that doesn't include DR Brunner. The experience in the regular prenatal checkups were a good experience but I have held a grudge for quite some time because of my horrible birth experience. Dr Brunner was my doctor but the horrible birth experience happened at Walker babtist. You have to advocate for yourself tirelessly and when you’re so vulnerable in that position you can’t. You rely on doctors doing what was previously discussed, but you can’t you have to be on your game at all times. It was very stressful and exhausting. I will use doctor Brunner as my regular doctor but I will not deliver in jasper again I would rather go to Birmingham even though dr Brunner will not be able to do my delivery at another hospital. I asked if she could deliver at another hospital and she said no, I loved her and I wanted her to be the one to deliver because of the relationship we built together but not everything works out like we hope."
