"IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR DO NOT GO HERE!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!! Went to Aj Tires on 5/4/23 for 2 rear tires. 2 days later on 5/6/23 my wheel fell off on the highway causing lots of damage to my car. I spoke with who I believe to be the owner. I gave her the quote for the repair (from the dealership) and she originally told me she would contact her insurance company and get in touch with me the next day. She called and asked me to go to her mechanic to take care of it under the table, I asked if they worked for a dealership and they did not, so I refused for obvious reasons. They then refused to give me their insurance information and have not responded. Told me to sue them instead of filing an insurance claim to handle the damage they caused. I swerved and almost hit the wall. Sparks were shooting up behind me as my car scraped across the ground and cars swerving to avoid hitting me. The worst professional experience I have literally ever had. They aren’t reliable or accountable at all."
