"In short, I went to my local Mavis Tire where I purchased the lifetime brake pads warranty to disclose an issue that I was having with my tire. While I believe the individuals that work here are great, no one offered to look at the tire. I got in my car to continue to my next destination and it was obvious that something was wrong with the tire. So I googled Thomas Tire and went there. While removing the lug nuts the gentleman stated, "I see it. There's a huge nail right there." First impressions are lasting! $15 and 10 minutes later I was back on the road. The service was on point. I'll even go as far to say excellent! Thank you Thomas Tire."
