"I was NOT happy that I had to do physical therapy. On my way to my first appointment, I was so uneasy and discouraged. When I got to my appointment, I was greeted by the most pleasant young lady working at the front desk. She was so welcoming and she went beyond to help everyone that I observed walking in. From there I met my therapist, Josh. He was very informative, knowledgeable and really listened to what I had to say. I worked with him and his assistants and EVERY one of them were encouraging and knew my situation when they worked with me, which tells me that he and his assistants are on top of their patients history and problems. I wish I knew all their names because this is an AMAZING staff. Even those you not working with will stop and introduce themselves and check on you. I am SERIOUSLY impressed and wouldn’t believe this type of environment existed if I had not experienced it for myself. Even though I was discouraged because I have a long road to recovery, they helped me work through my discouragement on top of providing me excellent care. These are CARING people and that is the kind of help I prayed for. I wish every doctor and nurse could have their attitudes and bedside manner. Did I mention that it is also a peaceful environment with worship music which to me sets the atmosphere for healing? What more can you ask for? People VERY skilled in their trade on top of being filled with compassion and the spirit of God. I’m so GLAD my doctor recommended me to them and I would recommend them to everyone I know."
