"At first there was an issue being seen even though I had an appointment. I contacted my insurance company and they stated nothing was on their end. A second person stepped in stating that it was an error and finally allowed me to be seen. I rated 4 stars because the visit went well other than the initial signing in process."
"Do not go to this office if you want to be heard or leave with answers. Every single worker I came across in the office was rude. The exam took about one minute and I did not get any answers. It was very informal and did not seem thorough at all. Not once did the doctor communicate what she was doing or about to do during the exam, including putting a glob of cold gel on me and then jabbing me with her fingers in the cervix and bladder. Fine, I’m sure that’s part of an exam, but doctors really need to communicate with patients and warn them that they are about to experience some pain or discomfort. They also denied me a pap spear because I’m under 21 even though I am married with one partner, experiencing severe pain during sex, and have a history of cysts. They did not ask many questions and did not give much time to discuss all the problems I was having. Overall a terrible experience for a woman who needs answers for my pain."
"First visit for an annual check up and I most say it was pleasant. I saw nurse practitioner Karen Aplin and she was very nice and professional. She answered all my questions. I was in and out in no delays."
"It was the worst medical experience of my life. Nurse practitioner Karen Aplin was rude and not far from discriminatory. I was lied to. And talked to very poorly. Not only her but everyone i came in contact with at this office. They did absolutely nothing the doctor told me they would do. The sad part is the people in the Montgomery office were wonderful. I will never go back to that place."
"Dr Desautels is amazing, I had a hard pregnancy and he was amazing through the entire thing. His staff and nurses are amazing and sweet as can be! Dr.Desautels visited me and helped me through the hospital stays and my home health to have IV fluids everyday due to being sick. Highly recommended Dr.Desautels for you and your baby!"
