"If I could give zero stars I would. I hope this review might help someone when looking for a new vet. I took my dog here 6 years ago. She had cancer and had to be put down due to being too old to make it through any cancer treatments. She was 16 years old. When I took my dog in, I told the vet, can't remember her name but she was a white lady with blonde hair, that I was going to stay with my dog while they put her down. I didn't want to leave Tobie by herself. I didn't want her to be scared and confused that I just left her there, so I was going to stay. The vet told me I needed to leave. I told her again that I wanted to stay and I didn't want to leave my dog by herself. The vet while she wasn't rude, eventually talked me into leaving. After I thought I had made it perfectly clear I didn't want to leave my dog by herself. I've hated myself ever since for letting the vet talk me into leaving my dog by herself. The vet should not have taken it upon herself to talk me into leaving after I told her twice I wanted to stay. I just will never get over it and I can't stand myself for leaving and can't stand the vet for talking me into leaving. All of my fur babies now go to Bryson in Wetumpka. Much better vet, and I'm pretty sure that when the time comes for my other fur babies, my new vet won't try talking me into leaving. And even if they tried at the new vet, I'd tell them very sternly "NO!" I will forever hate this vet and clinic for this. They also put the wrong initial for Tobie's last name on the clay paw print I purchased."

"I hope someone sees this and benefits from this review. Today a Beagle was brought in to your facility in poor condition. It had no collar or microchip, ticks, fleas, ear mites, ringworm, no rabies shot, and no telling what else. You were more concerned about getting this pet back to its neglectful owner than having any concern over the condition of the animal brought in to you. I'm still concerned it doesn't have a rabies shot. The owner has a small child and lives on a farm with multiple farm animals. I'm just speechless!"

"I brought my two cats here yesterday for their annual exam/ vaccines and was so happy with our experience. The staff was incredibly kind and the Doctor was very thorough. 10/10 recommend!"

"I had given this service 4 stars, but honestly, each time I visit, I don't leave for less than a few hundred dollars with suggestions to buy more stuff that don't sit well with my dogs. When I took my new dog in to be spayed, the lights were low and the front desk person was asleep then I was told to be quiet (shhhh sign from a coworker) because she "wasn't feeling well". There is one employee that really loves on my dogs, but other than that, it's not been a valued experience. When boarding my dog, I've always asked for him to be bathed, but they seem to only get them wet...he's not even brushed because the same tangles are still there when I get him home."
