"My husband and I have used Dr. Hepperle and Zack for going on 20+ years. We have seen office staff come and go (some thankfully, I admit), but when Doc was told or Zack was told of any rude or neglectful behavior, it was addressed. If we had one criticism it would be the unanswered phones during the day. The office does have an extremely high patient load and each practitioner (4 of them) can be seeing up to 30+ patients per day so the staff is hopping. They could use a designated phone person or persons that does nothing but answer the phones and routes calls. To make life easier they will do telehealth appointments for established patients (only), this could be to ease foot traffic in the office or because the patient has requested a telehealth for their convenience."

"Doctor Banach was great. However, the appointments office or customer service has zero business interacting with people, they are rude and disrespectful. After being verbally berated I hung up and they called me back and started chewing me out. Do NOT use this doctors office."

"I was a patient of Dr. Banach from 2006 until this week. Good doctor. He's not the problem. The staff is terrible since he made the mistake of joining this office. They refuse to get prescriptions refilled without an appointment, all of which are a month out. They didn't renew my diabetes medication on time and would not help. I need this to live. They told me to go to the emergency room and hung up. They don't call back, good luck leaving a message. I've had to go to urgent care for every sickness for a year. Staff is rude, combative, and unprofessional. I'd give it one star but the algorithm ignores them. Stay far away from this trainwreck of an office."

"Really friendly staff, but that's about as far as it goes. No one hardly answers the phone. If you leave a message, you might be lucky to get called back the same day. Sometimes it takes 2 days or they don't call back at all. Also, they forget to send prescriptions and I have to call and remind them. My last one was sent in by a doctor that doesn't take Medicaid. In fact, I see an NP. I don't even know who this doctor is. Since the prescription was in his name, instead of the NP I see, the pharmacy couldn't fill it and the waiting game starts because they won't answer the phone and the pharmacy had to leave a message."

"I would give them a zero but not available! I have called them 5 times to reschedule my appointment. I left one message and didn't receive a response. So I called them three days in a row. They say on the recording that you will be charged a $50.00 fine if you don't make your appointment. I can't get anyone on the line. When I went in for my lab work. I called them three times while in the office. there were 6 employees talking and laughing and ignoring the phone. Dr Hepperlee is a wonderful doctor but once she stops practicing I will be finding another primary doctor!"
