"One of my cats was having a problem with her eyes and I couldn’t get into see my usual vet. I called Metro cat clinic and they were able to see me the next day. Robbin made my appointment and was very friendly. The clinic was easy to find and clean when I arrived. The vet tech was very nice. The doctor and the vet tech examined my kitty in front of me and we’re very careful and gentle with her even though she’s quite wiggly. They explained everything to me to my satisfaction. They also made some other observations and further recommendations that I appreciated. Dr was very nice. She took her time and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Although this was just a first visit, I was overall quite impressed. UPDATE: As it often is after visit number one. …went back to have a dental procedure because I love my regular vet but was trying to get something done my vet couldn’t fit in. Found out they have a different receptionist almost every day which makes things very confusing. Some very nice! Some very not ! And the cost of the procedure was WAY more than I’ve ever paid. Then.. doc had me come in a week later to just look at the cats mouth to check her. Just LOOK. post op LOOK. And I got another bill. Uh uh. No go back."

"We have pursued a respiratory problem with our cat since he was a few months old. He is 6 1/2 years old now and we had the good fortune to take him to Metro cat Clinic for an evaluation recently. Less than a week later we already see improvement with his issues and feel as if the necessary time was spent in helping us understand his problem. Everyone in the clinic was both friendly and helpful and listened to our concerns. I only wish we had discovered Dr. Montgomery and her staff years ago!"
