"The customer service here is very unprofessional and rude! Me and my boyfriend both had separate policies here for 6yrs or so. Everything was fine we added and dropped cars over the phone a few times in that time period. When we brought another truck and wanted to just put all our cars on the same policy after getting a quote from them they said that we had to come in and sign a paper since they were all titled to him. Once we drove an hour to get there everything changed they said they couldn't put him on my policy since they were all titled to him and they could no longer insure me or put me on his policy!! Even though for 6 yrs I had my own policy, was also told that if something would had happen I wouldn't of been covered Even though I paid my dues everything month for full coverage so thankfully I never had to file a claim. Besides all that happening once we got there the "manager" told me to shut up!! Because she was trying to tell me that they didn't have our lien holder wasn't listed I know darn well that it was bc the bank knew the few select times when coverage would lapse and we didn't have insurance. Anyways we cancelled both our coverage and went through a different company. They also refuse to reimburse us for the coverage that we had already paid for and didn't use for that month. Stay far away from this company they are unprofessional, rude, and unexperienced."
