"went to get a haircut business was open but no one inside attending and tried to call and got no answer 3 times. they lost a potential customer. very unhappy. edited to respond to owners reply: I appreciate that you took the time to reply and to call back and apologize and offer a haircut at a reduced price on the future. At the time of my initial review I was frustrated because the haircut was for my grandson and I had been trying to get him in a hairstyle salon not in vincennes, as I live 15 miles away from vincennes. I went there 1st today and they said I need an appointment but I had been trying to call them all week. They never would answer phone and voicemail was always full. How can you make an appt????? So I drove to Vincennes and 2 shops there said I need appointment or wait over an hour. Not waiting THAT long.After reading other reviews, you seem to have a good reputation. I will come back in the future and look forward to doing business. Thank you. April 4, 2023 Update: Visited shop again on March 31, 2023 and got a great haircut. The man knows barbering. Very friendly one chair barbershop. Upgrading my previous review to 5 stars. Will definitely go back."

"Barry was so great with my special needs son. He took his time and explained everything he was doing so Donovan would not be scared. Donovan moves around a lot and has a hard te following directions but Barry not once became frustrated with him. The hair cut looks amazing. I highly recommend Barry."
