"Talk about a bad experience. I will start with the good so it doesn't get overlooked. The staff is very nice. Spent less than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Then we spent an hour or more in the back room before waiting to be seen. Dr Berec came in and just went into calling my wife fat in as many ways as possible without actually saying the word "fat". Finally asked her what is wrong. He repeatedly said "uh huh" and was clearly not listening. She wouldn't be halfway through her statement. I watched him scroll through her chart and he did so that no one wuld have been truly reading or searching for anything in it. I work in the medical field and i have never seen such bad behavior from a doctor."

"The doctor is the main problem I have with this place. He has no bedside manner and doesn't understand some of his patients deal with underlying problems. The staff though is amazing to me and I will happily praise each one"

"Dr Berec is an amazing doctor and has a good bedside manner. Tells you how it is and doesn't sugar coat it. Staff are helpful but they are overwhelmed and people.need to be patient with them. Have been seeing Dr Berec for a few years now."

"I went here to have my daughter est. as a patient there when we moved from FL. She was diagnosed with Limeres syndrome and had a blood clot that was right under her brain she needed a new RX of her blood thinner (that is vital she takes) and a referral (b/c of medicaid) to be seen by a hematologist. When we got there the front desk staff was rude and worked very slowly, nurses where ok they did their jobs and left and didn't say much. The dr was the same too we left and they told us her Rx should be ready by tomorrow at the apt I told them how she only had a weeks Rx left. a week went by and my baby has no meds. I called everyday to check and they told me we will send it back to the nurses or if i spoke to a nurse she told me we are working on it. I had to take my daughter to the ER to get her medication for 2 days! finally I took her to Mobile USA and they got it done in 1 day. When I called this office back and spoke to the office manger turns out they where not even taking down my messages and passing it alone until I spoke with that nurse on time and it took 2 days to even start the referral. I use to work for a medical office I started as a secretary myself and worked my way up to a medical office manager. so i know what goes on and how it can take a day or two especially for medicaid but this was just poor employment and poorly manged care."

"This place is a joke! The entire staff is rude including the redhair receptionist. After waiting an hour and a half past appointment time we still had not been called to the back. The staff stood around and did nothing but group up and talk the entire time we were waiting. I will switch doctors asap! This place should be closed!"
