"I give this 4 stars only because of issues I have with the corporate structure and policies. If not for that this store would get 5 stars. Corporate would get a 2. But in this store the staff are some of the nicest I've ever met. They put up with a lot of nonsense from.certain customers and their company, but are always as nice to me and helpful as a person could ask for. I am an every day shopper so I've got to know many by their first name. There's not a single one I could say anything negative about. Prices are the prices. They have no control over that at the local level so I won't even mention that, but if you know, you know. I will say though that this is probably the best priced store in the area."
"The employees were not welcoming and didn't speak back when I spoke to them. The selection choices for furniture was not good for that day. This first impression was not good and likely will not go back. Maybe it would be a different experience for someone else on a different day. Alas, who knows what you may get."
"Bless their hearts! There's definitely nothing Southern about this "Goodwill". Save your time, your efforts, and your own good will and donate to folks who are appreciative, like Emmy's right down the way. Ecumenical Ministries will unload your gift with a smile and a genuine thank you, both filled with warmth. Goodwill will roll their eyes IN YOUR FACE and then pick through your antique 1940's furniture and tell you they won't accept the one that has rust on the caster, but they guess they can take the other piece from the matching set."
"Very friendly staff and most times reasonable prices although lately alot of items in home accents are too high for what it is or the condition it's in. If I can buy the same thing new rather than used, dirty, and/or damaged for the same price as the thrift store then I do. Also so happy the $1.49 color tag sale started back on Saturdays!"
