"I met Sally, the owner of Cook Travel, in 1996 when she purchase the agency and I booked my 1st Sandals All inclusive Vacation. Ive been booking my annual vacations through Cook Travel ever since. "Extremely friendly and knowledgeable but don't always listen. Booked a Jamaican vacation through them last year. At the time we booked there was only 1 ocean front room left at the resort we were traveling to and even though I told the agent to book it, she did not. We spent the year being excited about being ocean front in a tropical paradise only to arrive and find out we were at the back of the resort. I reached out to Cooks through email. After several back and forth emails the agent finally came back and said she had no recollection of me requesting an ocean front room, however, I laid out the details of our conversation, including the fact she said they only had one ocean front room available, per her, at the time I booked. Needless to say we were disappointed to be at the back of the resort instead of ocean front like we had planned. From now I'll book my own travel so I know that what I am requesting is what I am receiving."
