"Hey everybody! My husband and I had a visit at Aspen Dental today! Well, first of all, they made a great impression, when we called to schedule an appointment, that went great, the receptionist wonderful. Then, today when we had the actual appointment, from the receptionist, to the doctor, the technicians, everyone was just on point, friendly, professional, the dentist explained everything in great detail, the financial advisor was great explaining everything for us to understand. The technician was great! I can’t remember all their positions however, everyone had our best interest at heart. They were very thorough with our visit. The both of us left there satisfied."

"Just wanted to share same as I did in 2022 Aspen messed up on my husband's denture they had to redo everything they told us it wouldn't cost us anything because he was their fault it pushed his treatment into 6 month out and now we're stuck with $5,000 to pay them I have called them spoke to Maria on that 1-800 number then I went to the office for very first time I was told that they have a new office manager that does not know this case so I said I'll wait for another week I waited we went back today to speak to someone after waiting 30 minutes we were told just to go home and someone will reach out to us and at that time I asked to speak to someone regarding this so Christina in Crestwood office who is the office manager stated that she will give us a call and we have to wait so everybody is passing a buck whoever is going for treatment please make sure you don't get yourself stuck in this situation it's a big trauma that he received and now we are traumatized again seems like nobody cares and nobody wants to end this if Google helps in any way or if it helps anyone in any way I'll be happy thank you. I finally got my building taken care of I did not receive any apology from Aspen instead on my billing they stated they are giving me $5,000 courtesy discount Aspen dental get it together I never owe $5,000 you collected money before you did anything.. there is no courtesy please beware of their practices they cost so much money and pain I did read a review on one of the patients who went and experienced the pain they never numb you they did the same thing in my situation they put the wrong pin in my husband's mouth then they try to take it out without numbing him. And then they said That's just a normal practice. Just imagine somebody taking out something without numbing your mouth how painful that is and then they slap you with $5,000 which we paid $7,000 after our insurance cover please be careful."

"As a new patient to Aspen Dental and my very first visit today, I can say that I am truly pleased with this office. Everyone is so nice and friendly, and they really care about how they service you and the treatment you receive. From the time I walked in the door til the time I left out, I was smiling. The front desk rep was very nice, the office manager was just outstanding, the dental assistants were very comforting and friendly, and the dentists and hygienist were very professional and courteous. Overall, I am very satisfied with this Aspen Dental clinic. I will definitely return and recommend."
