"I normally rent from this place, but after the experience I had this past weekend I will not be doing business here again. Mrs. Kim is always so nice and welcoming. The man, who didn’t even introduce himself, that works there is not. He made us feel like we weren’t good enough to be renting a car and was very rude. He should really work on his customer service skills."

She was nice, very helpful and good at what she does. I love a people person. I have never driven in such a nice car. It was clean and smooth to drive. I believe it was a Toyota corolla? I'm not sure of what year. Anyway, I would definitely go here again!"
