"Time management does not seem to be a priority. There are typically long waits after scheduled appointment time. Past few visits have taken 45min to one hour to see doc after scheduled time. Doctor is nice but time is precious."

"I was previously with a very renowned Endocrinologist at Grandview and was just not happy with my care. I have now been seeing Dr. Karassi for the last year. I am very pleased with Dr. Karassi and his staff. From my very first visit, they took as much time as necessary to understand me and my health. They are extremely detailed, ask questions, LISTENS and I feel taken care of. I am always greeted kindly, the office is always clean and organized and the staff is very efficient with my time there."

"Wait time was 1hour and 45 minutes. The office is small and cramped. Staff at the clinic was nice enough but not overly so. I was told to get lab work and when I arrived the Lab couldn’t take me. And, it had not been called in by the drs’ office. I probably will not be back."

"i had one appointment and immediately cancelled my follow-up for a better dr. i fully acknowledge that at the time of my visit, i was not a stellar patient, i.e. i was not great at taking my meds the way they are supposed to be taken, but i was also fully open with that information and the reason i was struggling was 1) i work abnormal, variable hours and so i had no consistent schedule to work around and 2) my condition itself, which was exacerbated by my unusual work hours. despite being fully honest but showing desire to try and change my habits (in part i was there to see if there were any alternative solutions), i was instead just berated the whole time for not taking my medicine correctly and he straight up said he would refuse to treat me if i did not follow medication the “correct” way. the nurses/reception were very nice, but i had barely finished page one of my forms before i was rushed back and it felt like in the end my forms didn’t even matter because we just went over it again in the appointment."
