"EDIT** the owner made this right and contacted me personally. He was very compassionate and understanding. truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the owner. I am one to give people the benefit of the doubt & i never leave reviews, but this is the SECOND time this has happened. came in for an oil change today & i left and got on the interstate & the skid plate under my honda civic that they take off/ move for an oil change came loose. this has only EVER happened as soon as i leave this place. i was on the interstate and it came loose & i had to come to a stop on the interstate. i called and they didn’t even say SORRY or anything! they just said “bring it back”. so i did & still no apology. bad days happen, but this is the second time. they didn’t make it right- nothing. i will not be coming back. don’t come here if you don’t want things to come loose after a simple oil change!"

"In December we had our oil changed. No problems before that. On the 21 of Jan. Our engine blew up. We called Midas they looked at and told us that it was our fault there were two leaks. The oil pan gasket and the value pan gasket. So if they were leaking when we did the oil shouldn't we have been told by the technician who did the oil change? But instead they let us drive off until our engine blew. I believe that is bad customer service and Midas should be responsible for our car. There were no leaks before the oil change."

"I came in with a significant issue and they worked tirelessly to figure out what the cause of the problem was. I really felt like they listened to me (even though I am not a car guy) and kept digging until they found the problem. They even went as far as to shop around to find a better deal for me on one of the parts I needed for the repair. I cannot recommend this place enough."
