"I came here to try to establish myself with a new primary care doctor and after my initial visit I never heard from the doctor about test results, concerns, or recommendations. I'm disappointed because I really thought I found a good place but I'm back to square one with searching. I called twice already to discuss that I hadn't heard anything and have yet to hear from the doctor but at this point, it's obvious I was just another body. No real care shown about my health so I will just keep searching."

"Zero stars. They do not have any interest in the patient or actually hearing concerns. Also could not even manage to bill the correct insurance so I got a bill emailed to me for the cost of the visit. When calling to fix the insurance, you get routed to an automated message rapidly stating where to email the corrected insurance (which I should not have to as I gave them that information in person) but it speaks so fast it is impossible to understand. Do not waste your time going here."

"Dr Pittman is a gem. She is amazing. But the answering service tonight was a disappointment. She called me and left a VM stating I could ask them to page me - the woman VERY rudely said “well I will not page her because she is not on call.” She was very rude. And it’s calls like that, that make me regret changing medical offices."

"I was worried to come here due to a lot of the poor ratings but I think it depends on maybe who's working that day and possibly the doctor you choose. My doctor, Dr. Pittman, was amazing polite and professional. Also the reception lady at the front desk was very welcoming and polite when I came into the building and she took my insurance information and got me ready for my appointment. The weight in the waiting room was only about 7 minutes. The nurse she was also very kind and professional. The weight from the time I was in the patient room to see the doctor was about 5-8 minutes. The longest way I had was at the lab because the lab worker had a line of patients that needed their blood drawn. I would like to give a special kudos to the lab worker. She was being overworked but she still remained professional and made jokes. When I got to her she had four people waiting and I was the 5th so it took about 20 minutes for me to be seen by her. I've had some really bad experiences getting my blood drawn due to nurses and other medical personnel saying my blood veins are too small they can't find them they take forever rubbing alcohol in my arm and I've been poked by needles multiple times for them trying to find the veins it's painful and worries you. In the past I've even had someone have to go on top of my hand where the knuckles were in order to get blood which was extremely painful. However this lab employee was able to find my blood vessel and get a tube of blood drawn in less than 2 minutes. It was incredible! I'm glad I found this location and had a good experience. My appointment was at 10:30 on a Friday so maybe those are times where the better employees work"

"This facility reminds me why doctors should be paid less. Too many stingy doctors who are clearly in it for the money. They have no manners, speak to their patients like children, and will leave you in the dark on what’s wrong with your health. Nurse Practitioner James Martinez specializes in all this mistreatment, on top of giving you the cold shoulder weeks on end. I have paid all my bills and arrive to my appointments on time, so I’m not sure why he acts so callous. However, his nurse Rosalyn is a very friendly, gentle presence who is attentive and caring."
