"These reviews are false. These people are rude and very unprofessional. I waited a hour and still was not seen by anyone. Get somebody else to do it because these people are rude and the receptionists do not care if u sit in the lobby all day and night."

"This is the most professional Healthcare place I have ever been. I have never had to wait a long time. And Dr. Peavy is the best Knee Surgeon. He did a total knee Revision and I felt great after 5 weeks. The original surgery done at UAB Highlands took me over a year to feel better. Now I am seeing Dr. Hyde for Shoulder issues and he has been great as well."

"Nice facilities. I was located in the MRI waiting area and as doctor walked by, he asked if everyone was okay. Not because we looked in need; he just was a kind person. That’s not common in medical office environment. Also, there is plenty of parking. Right when you think all the spaces are used up, another lot will find you. There is also a really convenient VIP parking place that the engineers worked into the parking lot plans!"

"From Desk 5 with Tamara, who is an absolute jewel to the company; I felt like gold. She has super personality. She is a very caring person. She makes you feel like more than just any patient. Then Dr Perry Savage has always been the best asset to the company. He has a beautiful heart of Gold. He makes you feel like you are important and that he truly cares about your health and well-being. Dr Savage makes your visit special. His young male attendant, could slow down a little and show a little more compassion. When you are hurting, it seems as if he leaves you a mile behind him in getting you to x-ray or any other places. So, the x-ray tech, they rush you when you hurt. They could show more compassion. I have serious pain and to them it seems like nothing, you are just another patient I have to get an x-ray on. After the experience with her, I had to sit down before going to my assigned room. Dr Savage's young black girl was very nice also. She took time to set up my MRI and engage in good conversation, and make you feel important. The cashier was very ready to go and unhelpful. She was not friendly and did not want to help me much, she finally went around to the young black girl and got what I needed. I feel she could have taken the time to do what I needed. She told me my summary will take days to be put in the system, but the young black girl with Dr Savage,, pulled it up and printed it. She needs to tell the truth and put more effort into her job. She could have done it herself, I think since I did not just leave when she told me I had to wait till next week to get it, she thought I would just leave. Overall. The experience was great. You try not to let any bad apples spoil your entire experience."
