"My wife had an appointment at 1:15 and it was almost 4pm before she got back to the exam room. We are both established patients and this type of treatment has been commonplace for both of us. The staff and scheduling for this location is by far the worst I have ever seen. Something needs to be done before the problem gets so bad that the office is forced to close.
