"This Health care should do a better job with information. My problem with this health care , is when your primary Doctor chooses to go to another hospital. They should inform you that another Doctor will be able to see you. Instead of you not knowing. My Doctor move to another Hospital two cities over. Then with out infiorm me ,that I could see another doctor at this health care they refuse to see me. After I let them know I wasn’t aware that was how they operate. When you take heart medicine and they know it. They still refuse see you I guess they want you to DIE…"

"I highly recommend Dr. Smith and his team for your primary care needs. The staff is always very helpful, especially the nurse Roxanne. Lots of easy parking and clean waiting room is a bonus. The clinic is on the second floor. Don't forget to bring a mask."
