"Every informative takes time to go over everything with you. Gives detailed instructions for you. Wish humans had a Dr. Like Nanas'. Could not ask for more in a vet or staff. Thank you for caring for Nana"

"We love countryside. They have cared for all of our pets for almost a decade now. Always good about loving on our animals, not just treating them. Several times we've been told that a particular treatment wasn't necessary when another vet would have just taken our money. They were especially kind in helping us when our oldest dog reached the end of her life. And I personally really appreciate how they respond w understanding when you talk about behavioral issues rather than talking down to you about how bad of a pet parent you are if you ever suggest that a certain behavior is disruptive or annoying like I've experienced at so many other vets and shelters."

"I am sorely displeased with this clinic's lack of coordination and customer service. They seemed wonderful when we brought our kitten in over a month and a half ago (as seen on pictures invoice) to get his shots and anxiety medicine for car rides. We scheduled him that very day to get him fixed, and everything seemed fine. That quickly changed less than a week before when we were told to bring him in. Over a month goes by with no word from the clinic, so a few days before his "scheduled" appointment, we call to confirm. "What appointment?" they ask. "The vet will be out that entire week". Okay... Why? He was scheduled to be fixed over a month ago. "Did you ever receive a confirmation email?". Nope. No one ever said we should be looking for one. The clinic made absolutely no effort to rebook him, explain what had happened, or even apologize. If you are looking to schedule your pet for anything, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere due to this clinics disorganization and unprofessional conduct."

"This veterinarian saved our dogs life. We got her from The Humane Society. They said she had been fixed. The vet said she had a Uterus infection. So we called Birmingham Humane Society, and had her looked at she had not been fixed. We had an emergency surgery on her today and she would’ve died in the next 24 hours if this doctor would not have found out about her not being fixed. We will use this veterinarian clinic."
