"I do NOT recommend Dr. Wilbanks. He is awkward and he is quick to write off your concerns. Dr. Wilbanks also does NOT keep up with newer data. He wrote off my son having asthma because he was "too young". We kept telling him about the large amount of asthma on my husband's side of the family. Then my son had an asthma attack and almost died. Dr. Wilbanks is stuck in his ways and he doesn't listen."

"I love Dr. Wilbanks and his office staff. The staff is very professional and always quick to help and every time I call with a question, I get answers quickly. Dr. Wilbanks is awesome. I have 3 older children that are 31,29,28. Now I have an 8 month old and my ss who lives with me. I'm a bit over the top with my miracle baby and he never makes me feel crazy for all my questions. He is always patient and answers everything for me. He also doesn't prescribe medicine unless necessary. I love that. He takes time to tell you what to expect the next few months at wellness visits. I saw some reviews about wait times and I rarely have to wait. You will have that at any Dr. If there is a child that's more sick than mine, I'm glad to wait so he can take good care of that child. If my baby is sick and needs extra care, I hope others would be ok waiting. parents who bring multiple kids will take a bit longer. Not a big deal. You want good medical care and a Dr. that will answer your questions and do thorough exams on your baby.. then Dr. Wilbanks is the Pediatrician for you. I've never not been able to get my baby in with a sick visit same day. I drive over an hour to get there because I know the kids are getting great care."

"I have a 9 year old disabled daughter. We recently moved to jasper and had to change pediatricians. Of course I was nervous because she's seen the same pediatrician all her life. Dr. Wilbanks was highly recommended and I see why. He is absolutely amazing. He listened to everything we had to say and his office has gotten all the paperwork and referrals to all specialists we see. Definitely a good choice for us."

"Dr. Wilbanks is a great doctor. He actually listens to your concerns. He also is not gonna just prescribed medicine if not necessary. Some sicknesses meds or antibiotics won't help and he knows when they will help and won't. We never have had a long wait time with scheduled appt unless it was scheduled to fit in. If you child isn't sick you may wait longer bc sick kids are a priority anywhere you go. We have been using him since we moved here 4 yrs ago and glad bc he reminds me of our dr from dothan who takes the time to show he cares."
