"Avoid this doctor! I only went to him because he was the only one in my area for my insurance. I am a diabetic. Not only was he rude, poor beside manner, threatened to cancel him as my doctor because my A1C was always high-yet offered no advice as to HOW i reduce it(had to research it myself)constantly talking down to me about my weight (which i lost thanks to a better dr) yet offering no help in losing it other 'stop eating so much', has shaky hands, tried to draw mt blood and shook so much he hurt me and had to have a nurse do it. He needs to retire."

"Throughout the process of my disabled elderly mother rapidly declining in health, Vakharia refused to help in every single way possible. I am my mother's primary caretaker and have had to go in and out of the hospital frequently with her and his refusal to allow her to keep Home Health services (which have greatly improved her mobility) is the final straw. We've been trying to switch doctors for over a year because of the verbal abuse both my mother and I have received from him. He is incapable of practicing any longer and should have retired long ago. His disregard for patients is quite evident and I wish I could find a way to sue him for the damages he's caused to my mother and my own mental health. Please do yourself a favor and never let him handle your elderly family members."

"I had this doctor awhile only because my insurance at the time he was the only one that accepted it in my area. He was always so short and seemed annoyed of your presence. The staff is amazing but him is not great. Asking about how my mom was doing on her blood pressure. (We both went to the same doctor) and same thing with my siblings. When we were all over 18. One of the last times I went there he came in and said “How are you doing young fellow” I’m a female..... yes my hair was cut short but uhhhh...... did you even look at who you were treating? He played it off like uhhh “friend how are you young friend” He treats you like a number. Not a patient."
