"I tested positive for covid at home and went here the nect morning. The staff was friendly and efficient. I got in after brief wait and seen by NP. She was very thorough and she confirmed i had covid. I was in and out in an hour. We are so fortunate to have them in our area."

"Was looking for a new primary doctor so I checked the reviews and they seemed like it was a good place. Stopped by and was told to fill out paperwork to decide whether they would except me( think they were looking for a good cash flow). When I dropped off the paperwork, they couldn't even tell me how long it would take to APPROVE ! Ended up going someplace else. If this is how they run the place, I wouldn't trust them to treat me."

"So thankful for this place. While visiting family, our 2-year-old developed a severe inner ear infection and the Jasper Hospital was of limited help. He was refusing oral fever meds and the hospital got his fever down, but Smith Lake Family Care agreed to do antibiotic shots after he was still refusing the hospital's antibiotics. They were so kind and helpful and really saved our family. We have been back many times over our next visits and have generally been treated very well."
