"I’ve been seeing Dr. Thompson for a while now. I’ve been in serious back pain had two spine injection recently They did not help. I don’t understand why they didn’t. But, this pain is off the wall!! It’s just the wait to hear back from my latest MRI. My husband thinks the Doctor doesn’t believe me. I don’t want to think that. Mike my husband knows me and believe this pain is real. He see me every single day in pain. I’m not one to take prescriptions for pain. So Tylenol it is. It really doesn’t help. I’m so depressed and I’m not sure how long I can go on like this. I’m praying Dr. Thompson can figure out what’s going on."

"Front office and x-ray staff were very good. Exam room tech appeared bored (leaned her head on her hand) while entering my visit and health information. Concerned she wasn't listening well. Dr was nice, but focused on other than my chief complaint. And did not explain all risks and benefits for recommended procedure. After careful and thorough consideration on my part, I declined further services."
"I was greeted cheerfully by the receptionist; provided with paperwork to complete; provided with bottled water for my irritated throat; provided with place to store my belongings; taken back quickly to begin MRI; made comfortable; after MRI I was asked how I was doing; shown where to exit and wished a good day - great service start to finish."
"Dr Thomason is the only dr here in Tuscaloosa to take the time to figure out what was wrong with me . He is compassionate and cares about his patients. The whole stuff is great . I give them all 5 stars ⭐️."
