"This place is terrible with there workers and new patients. They have smart mouths, rude, they all need to be fired from their jobs. They have a attitude every one just about it the workers management this is the worst place don't come here."

"I had a telehealth appointment on November 30th at 9:30 am. At 9:50 I haven’t heard anything so I called them and they said “we’re busy dealing with people in the clinic”. The receptionist told me they would call me at lunch (which is absurd) so I asked to speak to the office manager who told the same thing. I told her it was ridiculous but ended the call. I called back at 12:30 and spoke to the manager again who finally just transferred me back to the CRNP. She did my appointment in 5 minutes. And that was it. Today (12/5/2022) I received a letter stating that they were firing me for in appropriate behavior on the phone with the clinic. I was NEVER inappropriate to them. I let them know how crazy it was to wait 3 hours for an appointment but I never said anything out of the way. If anything, the office manager was rude. I’ve had nothing but problems with them from day 1 ESPECIALLY with the nurses. But this was the final straw. I just hope that someone who’s thinking about using the facility sees this and changes their mind. The nurse never answers, they never send office notes if you request, and the receptionist constantly make fun of patients/other employees in front of other patients. It’s a horrible place to be."

"I use to see Dr. John yrs ago but left because I don't go to the Dr much and nothing was wrong with me. I enjoyed him being my Dr and would recommend until now. I left my packet, id and ins card with staff and told them I needed to see Dr. John again, after 3yrs you have to be a new pt again, ok no problem. Told the lady I need to see him for a blood clot on my lung, ok leave your stuff we will call you for an appointment. Got the call today from Stephanie and she said Dr. John will not accept you back b/c of the meds you are taking, he doesn't prescribe them. Told her I'm not asking for meds to be prescribed I'm needing to get a CT scan for a blood clot on my lung. Her answer was still the same, not accepting you b/c of the meds you are taking. What??? First of all my meds are not the issue and shouldn't be it's my health. I'm not a drug seeker I'm in recovery and have been for yrs. He would have seen that if he would have read my previous chart. But to deny someone service b/c of what meds they are taking is ridiculous and discriminating. Every Dr. takes a Hippocratic Oath and apparently he didn't or doesn't practice the oath that he took whatsoever. I can rant all day but they are not worth it anymore. No more recommendations from me Dr. John."

"Dr. John is one of the best doctors I've ever had, taking time to talk with you every visit. His staff and remaining doctors and nurses are the same, providing quality care."

"My husband & I have used Dr Katherine Bivonia for the past 5+ years. Obviously we have been very pleased with the treatment we receive there. The Staff has always been very nice and helpful, we have never experienced anyone being rude to either of us. If necessary that we see an NP, they've always been exceptionally good. Dr Katherine is a great Dr."
