Med 360 Urgent Care

"The only thing I can leave a review on is the front desk, because that's as far as we got. My wife was having horrible pains in her neck and shoulder and couldn't move her right arm without triggering more waves of pain. Instead of spending countless hours at the ER we stopped into this empty "Urgent Care" to quickly find out why it stays so empty. My wife tried explaining to the front desk girl what her ailment was and tried guessing at a few things she thought might be wrong, mentioning it could be a pinched nerve, to the immediate retort of the pretentious girl that, "they can't do anything for her here." So without ever speaking to a doctor my wife was diagnosed and turned away for a pinched nerve by a young snoddy receptionist sitting at a computer! We then went to the urgent Care right down the road by Sonic and received very warm and receptive care that eased her pain and ran tests finding that she had cervical dystonia, a very painful condition and certainly not a "laughable" pinched nerve, and requires extensive follow-up. Avoid this place like the plague, which if you had the plague, they wouldn't be able to help you anyways. If you want people that care about helping you, just go a couple miles down the road to a real Urgent Care and leave this place empty, it's how they like it there."

"I woke up with horrible spasms in my neck. Decided I need to try and get relief before attempting work tomorrow. I called before I arrived bc I don’t have insurance. I was told on the phone 85$ would cover 1 shot 1 swab and 1 X-ray anything additional would be extra. When I arrived I ask my husband to help fill out paperwork bc I was having difficulty moving my neck. The receptionist looked at me crazy and ask what I needed to be seen for. I said idk what is, maybe a pinched nerve, I’m having a hard time moving my neck. She runs out of the room and then comes back saying they can’t do anything for a pinched nerve. I said idk what it is. She was very rude told me I needed to leave and go to ER bc they don’t have MRI machine. I was hurting so bad I was in tears and also embarrassed by the way she spoke to me! We went to the urgent care down the road by sonic and they did X-ray, gave me 2 shots and a prescription. I wouldn’t send my worse enemy to med 360."

"I would give a 0 if I could. I had a close friend go there to get help instead of going to the ER which the bill is usually expensive without insurance. Here without insurance you can pay 85 to be seen but this particular clinic refused to see my friend and was very rude. She woke up this morning with a crick in her neck so bad she couldn’t hardly move it without having severe spasms. She had already taken anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxer she already had at home and it didn’t help at all. She doesn’t take any kind of medication on a daily basis and all she needed was something to help so she didn’t have to miss work tomorrow and this clinic refused to see her told her “What do you expect us to do you need to go to get a MRI.”but how would they even know what she needed if they refused to see her. What is expected of you as a healthcare provider is to see and help your patients without passing judgement when you in fact know nothing about them. I understand there are drug seekers everywhere but what is ridiculous is when a person needs help and can’t get it because a clinic like this thinks everyone is a drug seeker and judges too quickly before even seeing the patient. Save your time and money go somewhere else !! After I wrote this I go and look at everyone else reviews and they are all very bad!! Where is the management team and how does this clinic stay open? She actually went to URGENT Care by sonic which cost a little more 120 and they gave her two shots and prescribe her some medication to help. so maybe now she may be able to work tomorrow. Thank you Urgent Care for doing your duty as a healthcare provider!!!"

"I wish there was a way to give 0 stars on a review but I can’t! I walk into a URGENT CARE clinic at 5:30pm on a Friday with one person in the waiting room. I honestly should have just looked at reviews posted before even considering going here. I was TURNED AWAY TWO AND A HALF HOURS before closing!!! Because they aren’t taking anymore people!!! You are BETTER OFF driving LITERALLY 0.8 miles up the road to the Northwest & Family clinic."

"They do not accept my BCBS BEG insurance plan without a referral upfront. My insurance requires it within 72 hours. Obviously at 7pm my primary care physician is not open to give me a referral (otherwise I would have just seen my primary). They completely denied me service. They said it would be “insurance fraud” if they billed me as a cash patient and me pay as a cash patient. That is 100% incorrect. I can choose to not use my insurance if cash pay would be cheaper. They told me if they let me stay, it would be $3-4,000 when my insurance didn’t pay. It is $85 private pay (cash paying patients). It is absolutely absurd that I was denied treatment for having a particular insurance. As a healthcare worker, I am completely ashamed of this facility. For the record, insurance fraud would be if you bill my insurance after I requested you not to do so or if I was never actually seen by your facility in the first place. I would recommend some research before you tell patients that they are trying to make you commit fraud."
