"Went in with a cut hand on a Monday evening. Got 9 stitches and was out in under an hour and a half. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Like most people, I wasn't excited about going to the ER, but I had a great experience in the Russellville ER."

"I was ask my symptoms at the front desk. Took the the back the doc came in right away looked at my ears and listened to my lungs no testing at all and sent me on my way. This is the worst place to go when you are sick."

"I've had my share of hospital "visits," to say the least. The hospital may not be "State of the art" when it comes to the technology on the premises. However, the staff and doctors make up for any shortcomings with empathy and care for the patients. Truly a wonderful hospital with a southern charm. You're not just a "Number." My daughter, Jessica, was one of the last deliveries at Russellville Hospital."

"I was automatically diagnosed by the woman at the desk I wrote on the paper what was wrong an when the nurse came back there she had no clue instead she laughed at me an walked off I feel that if I wanted to be diagnosed by someone without a degree I could have just walked up to an heroin addict on the street an would have valued it the same staff there was so rude from the beginning so after I was laughed at by the nurse who obviously wasn't doin her job correctly I simply walked out an went somewhere else"

"Under normal circumstances, I love this ER. However, my two most recent visits with Dr. Stanmore have been absolutely horrible. He wastes time asking questions already covered during intake and triage, he acts as though he resents you for even being in his ER, and he has the bedside manner of a rock. At both visits the severity of my pain has been second guessed and dismissed as though it isn't a problem. In the future I'll be calling ahead to see if Dr. Stanmore is on duty and if he is, I'll be finding a different hospital to go to."
