"I will never go back to this place. I went there for my first pap smear, also to tell them that I think I had endometriosis. All I was given was a new birth control, told I had pmdd and I was told to call if it didn’t work or if I had issues. I shouldn’t be surprised that calling was a waste of time. No further questions were asked. This was in January. Here it is October and after 16 different doctor appointments with multiple doctors and obgyn’s who are compassionate and listen and who have tried everything in their power to help, I finally have surgery set up to check me for endometriosis. I’m very irritated with this place. I came there for help as I was scared and in debilitating pain 24/7 that was hurting my job and my daily life and all I got was being rushed out of there. Nevermind the fact the women who answer the phones are super rude and sound like they’d rather not be there. There was one super friendly older lady who cared and would try to help you, super pleasant to talk too, but the rest? Nah. Don’t waste your time coming here. They don’t care about you here. I’d give negative stars if I could."

"I hate to share my bad review here, because the issue I experienced was at the Birmingham location with Dr. Wall (I believe was the acting doctor during our last visit). However, after reading their reviews at the Birmingham location, 2.8 overall, I realized that if I posted my review there, it would fall on deaf ears. However, this feeling has been mounting since my first visit and I want to warn potention future patients. Especially newly expecting mothers. Aside from most of the nurses and Ultrasound techs, I feel like there is no genuine feeling of care coming from the doctors. I can provide a long list of examples but one that stands out is my last visit with Dr. Wall in Birmingham. I had shared with her some pains I was having in my shoulder and, although not pregnancy related, I wanted to ask because they were severe and it is a Women's Clunic after all. Her response to me was, with a shrug and face of zero concern, "...I don't know, I'm not a chiropractor. " I was taken so aback that I didn't know how to respond. It just solidified my feelings of uneasiness about some of these Doctor's and their dedication since I started to go here. Now I'm regretting my choice of coming here. My baby is due in a few months and I feel lost. ***Please, if you are considering becoming a patient here, do your research first and read the Birmingham reviews because that's where you will be giving labor***"

"Sept 2022: Dr. Ingram is amazing. Highly recommend! In my recent first appointment here, she took plenty of time talking to me before and after the exam. Dr. Ingram is calm, warm, and focused, which really helps patients feel relaxed and comfortable. Some friends recommended her, and now I see why. The actual exam was quickest in my life-- therefore fantastic. Everyone in the office was friendly, efficient, and professional. Finally I won't dread the yearly gyno checkup. Pregnant women patients in the office also seemed relaxed and happy to be there. 5/5 stars all categories!"
