"Don’t bring your car to Tom Wood. After the 96th st Tom Wood VW caused a leak by over torquing my drain plug, they replaced the drain pan but I promised myself to never go there again. So I shifted to this Tom wood location in Noblesville. I brought my car in for transmission code, after I cleared it they said they couldn’t reproduce it and just said it had a lot of miles you should replace the transmission, what a waste of a diagnostic fee. After taking it to another mechanic, we found out Tom Wood over filled my transmission at my last 40k DSG service at 118k miles. They blew me off for over a month after my complaint and it was time to upsize cars for my family so I was forced to trade in my GTI not working. Picture of the over filled liquid that ruined my baby. This came out with car running, fluid at 32c, when no liquid should come out in a proper fill. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO TOM WOOD if you value it!! It has always been a nightmare with customer service, they never call when the car is done and their smug staff staff are more than worthless. Avoid at all costs!!"
