"Had a procedure done recently and had to fast. Well being called into the holding area at Prattville Baptist there is a staff lounge where for 2 hours I watched employees go in and out with food. I feel like this is torture. Maybe have the lounge elsewhere away from the patients. The recovery nurses talked amongst themselves and had no hospitality."

Dr. Desai is thorough, upfront and honest, he has a very welcoming and kind bedside manner and he kept our family properly informed at every opportunity. It is very evident that he genuinely cares. The ICU nurses are attentive, calm and professional. We encountered zero bad attitudes and everyone truly seemed committed to helping us. The staff had good manners at all times and they always listened and paid close attention to any information we gave them."
