"I ended being happy with my hair cut & color including highlights. My first in . Lauren was very nice, professional & patient with unexpected results & looked great when I was finished. . My disappointment was in trying to make an appointment at this place. It was recommended by a friend who has been a client for a few years for their service & reasonable prices. It took me 3 days of calling multiple times to finally talk to someone. I left 2 messages & a recording said someone would return my call the next day even though they were open during my call times. I got an appointment for my needs although was told my desired day was too short notice. I started calling 8-9 days before. I wonder if i had been able to speak to someone when I first called instead of 2-3 days later if this would have made a difference??? A couple days later i got a text replying to my original VM with a different availability & to call to schedule if it worked. I attempted to call on my day off to see if they may have had a cancellation that day & to verify my scheduled apt time I had already set up which obviously tis person was not aware of. The VM was full so could not ask. Again, multiple calls over 3 days to verify apt time.so I would be on time. Never received a cal back so I text & again no reply. The apt day came & I arrived 15 mins. Before I thought my apt was. I reported my phone attempts & texts to communicate but was a bit confused & frustrated by not being able to speak to anyone & asked what do people do if they have to cancel but can’t leave a VM or try to reschedule??? My answer was that they were very busy. I don’t get how they do business this way. I will be back to give Lauren a second Chance because she did a good job fr our first time.It will depend if my next attempt to communicate is not as frustrating as this time. Just trying to help how to improve you customers satisfaction & experience. It is my recommendation to have the phones answered during business hours & if unable to answer to take turns each day to listen to & return calls asap. A full VMB is very strange for a business that relies on people calling to bring you business. I had began calling other places because not getting a return call so many times. The jury is out if I will become a return customer."
